Our Company   

Contractor’s Roof Service, Inc. was formed in 1992 by Jeff & Steve Rankin.

Our manifest objective was to create an organization that would provide Roof Services to the General Building Contractor, thus the name “Contractor’s Roof Service, Inc.

Through several years of providing high quality roof covering system installations to our professional Building Contractor clientele, we learned a great deal about the demands of working for and with other trade craftsmen, this intellectual capital and experience was later of benefit to our Residential Re-roofing clients.

Over the past (15) years we have developed not only a Full service RESIDENTIAL Roofing Division, but also a COMMERCIAL Low Slope Roofing, Architectural Sheet Metal, and Architectural Sheet Metal Claddings Divisions.

We continue to strive to understand the changing trends in both Residential and Commercial roof systems.

Our Approved Applicator/Certified Contractor Status with many of the premier Residential and Commercial roofing and sheet metal manufacturer companies allows us to not only receive factory certification and continued training, but allows us to offer Lifetime and Extended 100% labor & materials warranties to our clients in both Residential and Commercial divisions.

We have served thousands of clients, and have successfully completed more than 3,000 Residential and commercial projects.
