Low Slope Roof Insulation
Hot Air Welded single-ply roofing membrane systems;
THERMOPLASTIC OLEFIN (T.P.O.); White,
Gray, or Tan colored single ply membrane systems offer;
- Superior Wind Uplift resistance, engineered for each
individual project. (FM I-60, I-72, I-90, or I-120 wind
resistance classification)
- Thermally stable environments, by reflecting a majority
of the Ultraviolet rays (UV), and subsequent heat from
the roof membrane surface.
- Reduced Cooling Costs. (In Summer)
- Reduced Heating Costs. (In Winter)
- Reliable, proven seam integrity.
- No Plasticizer Migration.
- 45, 60, 72, 80, 96, or 110mil.sheet thicknesses.
- (10) year, (15) Year, or (20) Year “Total System” warrantable
(100% Labor & materials coverage against leaks or defects)
- UL Class A, B, or C External fire rated systems.
- Inorganic for increased life cycle, and reduced maintenance.
POLYVINYLCHLORIDE (P.V.C); White,

SINGLE PLY MEMBRANES:
The Age of Organic asphalt roof systems is quickly coming
to an end. The Mess, the smell, the maintenance, and/or the
possibility of fire have long plagued our industry. Hot air
welded Single Ply membrane systems allow us the opportunity
to offer our clients a more predictable and controlled membrane
system.
REFLECTIVITY: Light “Cool
Roof” colors eliminate the need to coat the roof with
liquid reflective coatings to control thermal movement and
reduce heating of the membrane surfaces.
WIND RESISTANCE: Factory
Mutual (FM) Wind uplift resistance classification, is an
engineered, tested and code recognized standard for design
and installation of Hot air welded single ply systems. Wind
Uplift Resistance can be specified and installed to meet/exceed
the FM-I-60, FM-I-72, FM-I-90, or the FM-I-120 wind uplift
standards, allowing for significantly reduced damage or loss
of membrane during extreme wind events.
