NEW CONSTRUCTION: Starts with quantity take offs and specification
submittal from Approved Construction Drawings. Scope of Work
letters are generated and submitted to client, this will provide
the basis for our Quotation. Product, system, and warranty
options are discussed and final pricing is developed based
on client input.
Scheduling, On Site Safety, material procurement, and project
specifics are administered by a CRS, Inc. Project manager,
trained specifically in the medium that is being specified/Installed.
Accurate Scheduling and preparation of roof diaphragm are
the responsibility of the client/builder.
RE-ROOFING: Removal and replacement, including all necessary
demolition and disposal are a large part of our service offering.
Generally speaking removal prior to installation of any new
system is the most prudent approach. Removal allows for a thorough
examination of the substrata and structural condition of the
pre-assembly. CRS, Inc. currently maintains Custom Stellar
Shuttle Refuse Containers in 20, 25, & 30 yard sizes. Our
Staff drivers are Washington State DOT Certified and maintain
Class “A” CDL licensing. The efficiency and flexibility
our own Truck, boxes and driver provide for greater production
opportunities, cleaner and safer project sites and an overall
increase in customer satisfaction.

SINGLE SOURCE RESPONSIBILITY:
A unique and valuable service offering is our ability to provide
Single source Division 7 Service. On Residential and Commercial,
New Construction or Re-roofing projects we are factory trained & certified
(With Specific Systems) to provide Steep slope, Low slope,
and architectural sheet metal copings and cladding, all on
the same project.
Aside from several other industry affiliations, we maintain
membership in the Construction Specifications Institute.
No finger pointing, one phone call, and one responsible contractor.
Currently only very few companies have taken the measures
to develop, train, and equip for the major Division 7 disciplines.
We are the only Resident, full service Roofing Contractor
in Gig harbor and the peninsula area. We live here, our business
is located here, and this is where our children go to school.
Unlike other companies, we did not purchase a phone number
for this area and manage our business from another community,
we have Brick & Mortar right here in your community.
Our Service area includes all of Western Washington, and we
have completed successful large scale projects from Roche
Harbor to Vancouver, Washington.
