Meet Our Team Leaders
Jeff Rankin,
President
Jeff is a native of Western Washington and has been a resident of Gig Harbor for more than 25 Years, he has been in the roofing industry for more than 30 years. Working first as an Installation technician, then field superintendent, then General Superintendent, and finally into executive positions in Sales and Administration, and ultimately as President & CEO of CRS, Inc. which he has held for the past 26 years.
Jeff is passionate about the Relationships he has with his Staff, vendors, and clients alike, and continues to try and improve on an already exceptional team of professionals at CRS, Inc.
Jeff is a member of The National Roofing Contractor’s Association, The Construction and an EPA Accredited AHERA Building Inspector (#166571).
Victor Barajas,
Project Manager/ Steep Slope Systems
Victor Barajas came to Contractors Roof Service Inc. after working ten years at Key Corp as a customer service representative. Prior to that, he worked 11 years at AT&T as an international telephone operator and translator. Victor started at Contractor’s Roof Service as a field Technician In 2000 and worked his way up to his current position as Project manager for the Company’s Steep Slope Architectural Shingle Division, where he has successfully completed more than 500 Residential and Commercial projects. Victor currently maintains Certification at the highest levels.
Kevin Yokes,
Project Manager/
Low Slope Systems
Kevin Yokes had been roofing for a small,
single-crew roofing company about ten years prior to joining CRS Inc. but he wanted to work for a larger company with the opportunity to do more styles of roofing. Kevin joined CRS in 2000. He left in 2006 and went into operational logistics for health care and then returned to us late in 2016. When Kevin is at work he loves helping customers put together the perfect roof system, including solving problems, thinking outside the box, and coming up with solutions to problems others may not have thought of yet. When he is home, he loves being outdoors with his family camping, hiking, or riding dirt bikes.
Garrett Day,
Project Manager/
Service Division
Garrett Day became part of the CRS family in 2015. His eighteen years of experience in Construction/Demolition/ Asphalt Paving gave him a great foundation to become a successful Project Manager for CRS’s Service Division. Garrett's strong attention to detail and vast understanding of waterproofing systems has served him well while leading his service teams.
Also a fan of the great outdoors, Garret loves fishing and spending time with his family as well.
Flo Capone,
Corporate Controller
Florence Capone is an Accountant/Controller with Contractors Roof Service, Inc, and has more than 20 years of progressive experience implementing and managing effective accounting systems. Florence has gained extensive accounting experience through a variety of management roles, and brings with her a vast construction background. She possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Florence is highly trustworthy, discreet, ethical and dedicated to helping companies achieve business success. She enjoys traveling, biking, hiking and spending time with her grand baby.
