As we settle into the new year/millennium, it's a good time to look back at the prior year, and of course plan for the future.
2019 In Review-
We enjoyed an exceptional year in 2019 marked by several exciting events. Our Service and Maintenance Department branched off and became its own successful, stand-alone business supporting residential and commercial roofing needs. Welcome CRS Service, LLC. We offer Roof Maintenance, cleaning, annual service contracts, fall protection installation, repairs, storm preparation and recovery, power washing adjacent decks, walkways and drives, moss treatment, thermal imaging and so much more.
Our in-house marketing department expanded and developed our Corporate website and social media outlets to make conversation and communication with our clients even easier. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Use contact forms on our website to request bids, repairs or even apply to open positions, all online.
Our teams have grown, as has our fleet of trucks and vans. 2019 found us even more prepared to reach our clients all over Washington state, which our commercial customers with multiple sites found helpful. Some of our contracts took us from the Coast to Eastern Washington, and even down into Oregon to make sure every roof our clients had got the service it needed.
Looking Ahead Into 2020-
The year ahead looks just as promising. We are excited at the opportunities 2020 will be offering. We are currently creating partnerships with distributors for materials that will translate into even lower costs for our clients. Additional financing sources are being negotiated, so any qualified client can find a way to get the roof they need. Our website will continue to grow and create easier access to our customers for communication purposes. We are researching client portals for job report viewing and secure online payment methods for convenience. We will continue to find paths of outreach around us with special events and programs designed to give back to the community we live and work in. All this while maintaining the Safety, Integrity, and Quality you have come to expect from Contractors Roof Service, Inc. and CRS Service, LLC.
